Aquacut Ltd. started in 2003 with waterjet cutting. The company has continuously developed its plant in order to serve its customers’ needs to a high degree and with a wide range of services. In 2009, it was the first in Hungary to install a Flow IFB2O30 DWJ waterjet cutting machine with tilting head and 6000 bar working pressure. Later in 2018, they also added machining to their profile, with CNC machining centres for the production of high-precision, high-precision parts. Then, in 2020, they moved to their own factory building and installed a fine-jet plasma cutting machine.
In 2023, the company started another technological upgrade. They were the first in the country to install a 15KW 6G acceleration 4m x 2m laser cutting machine with a machining area of 15KW, and to adapt to the market situation, they installed a 4m press brake with a pressure of 320 tons and a machining length of 4m. The 100% Hungarian-owned family business is involved in both one-off, small and large-scale production. Their precision and the expertise of their colleagues guarantee the impeccable quality of the steel structures, equipment and components they produce.

The cutting technologies (waterjet cutting, laser cutting) used by AquaCut Ltd. not only achieve high precision and excellent cutting quality, but also the favourable price makes the company competitive, as they can assign the optimal cutting process for the production according to the target.
Thanks to waterjet cutting, neither the composition of the raw material nor the lattice structure changes during machining. With the Dynamic Waterjet accessory, cuts can be made without angular errors and overruns up to 200 mm thickness on a wide range of materials such as metal, glass, stone, industrial ceramics, marble, granite, titanium alloys, multi-component materials, plastics, multi-layer materials, metal ceramics.
With their top of the range laser cutting machine they can cut up to 4000mm x 2000mm maximum size up to 40mm thickness.
The range of materials that can be laser cut is very wide. For example: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, aluminium and its alloys, copper and its alloys, bronze, etc.
AquaCut not only cuts sheets, but also finishes the cuts to a high quality. With their edge bending machine with 320t pressure, they can bend up to 15mm thickness in 4m lengths. 15mm thickness can be rolled up to 2500mm width. With over a decade of experience, their certified welders assemble the structures the company manufactures, fabricated and documented to quality assurance requirements. As they keep in stock carbon steel, stainless, acid-resistant and aluminium plates from 1mm thickness up to 100mm, they are flexible and available to their partners at short notice.
In 2020, they obtained the EN 1090-2 EXC 2 and EN ISO 3834-2 certifications, certified by the SLV Hannover representative in Hungary.
In 2022, they were awarded ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications to confirm their precision and reliability.
In 2023 they extended their certification to EN ISO 1090-2 EXC-3.
