AGS Tool Service Ltd. was established in 2018 to carry out tool manufacturing activities. The 750 m2 plant is mainly engaged in the production of plastic injection moulding tools, aluminium casting tools, servicing and spare parts production by a young, professional team. AGS Tool Service’s constantly expanding machine park includes state-of-the-art metalworking machines such as block and wire EDMs, three and five-axis machining centres.
The company receives orders for the production of 10-20 new tools and 250-350 tool overhauls and repairs from customers in Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic every year. AGS Tool Service’s team is often entrusted with high-value, complex refurbishments, for which up-to-date technical knowledge is important for planning and execution. For this reason, the company pays special attention to training its employees and to the acquisition of state-of-the-art software.
