CADSOL has been involved in mechanical engineering, target machine design and machine manufacturing since 2012, providing turnkey solutions mainly for multinational clients. Our main activity is machine design and manufacturing for automotive TIER1 suppliers, mainly the design, manufacture, installation and com- missioning of welding machines for interior bodywork components (BIW) and robotic cells for body con- struction. Design work is carried out on the PTC CREO 3D design system, with the help of our continuously trained engineers. We are at home in a multinational corporate environment, with years of experience in working in international teams and managing projects abroad. In the context of the spread of electromobility, we are involved in the design and manufacture of target machines and equipment for the production of battery trays for electric vehicles.

Corporate developments:
The company constructed a new production hall on its privately owned site located in the industrial park of Pellérd. The building’s energy-efficient operation is ensured by an air-to-water heat pump heating system, while a significant share of its electricity demand is covered by an installed solar power system. In the new production facility, a crane system equipped with a 24-meter double-sided crane runway was installed to support the handling of large and heavy workpieces, raw materials, and components used during manufacturing. As part of the technological developments, the company also acquired an industrial collaborative robot, a welding table, and a modern welding unit. The amount of support received for the investment was approximately EUR 313,000.
