Asinox Ltd.

Profile:

Asinox Ltd. designs and manufactures custom machinery in its 1800 m² manufacturing facility. This includes glass-steel combination buildings, building elements, elevator shafts, but also stainless steel elements for biogas silos and the associated stair towers.

The company’s own developments include the design and manufacture of machinery for composting technologies. In this segment, their latest self-propelled laminate winders are no longer powered by diesel generators, but are purely electric and generate the machine’s energy needs with a solar panel system mounted on the frame.

The company produces an innovative car turning disc on a smaller scale. These garage machines are available in various sizes and for different loads. They are typically used in confined hotel or private underground garages and condominium car parks.

Our customers, references:

Most of the products are manufactured for partners in Germany and Austria, but they have also installed structures in Luxembourg and Denmark.

Their most important German partner is one of BMW’s direct suppliers of production tools. Asinox Ltd. mainly manufactures steel structures and frames for them, in which the partner integrates its own electronics, control systems and pneumatic components. These components are used to create complete machines which are supplied to BMW, textile factories or other production lines.

In 2025, a biogas power plant will be commissioned at MATE’s horticultural farm in Gödöllő, Germany, to provide the heating and electricity for the greenhouses at the school. The surplus energy not used on site will be fed into the grid via an inverter, similar to a solar PV system.
