Corporate developments:
In recent years, Két Salamon Bt. has implemented technological and site-related developments in several phases, representing investments of several hundred million HUF in total. A key element of these investments was the construction of a modern 1,100 m² production hall in Nagykanizsa, accompanied by significant machinery acquisitions. These included an AD-S 30220 CNC press brake, a VS 3006 hydraulic guillotine shear, as well as various industrial auxiliary equipment.
Cutting capacity was expanded through the introduction of a CNC-controlled gantry-type plasma cutting system, enabling precise 3D processing of large-format and thick steel plates. Automated welding capabilities were enhanced with the addition of a robotic welding cell, while the production capacity for tanks and cylindrical components was increased by a four-roll hydraulic plate rolling machine.
Among the most recent developments, a BODOR K2 laser cutting machine with automatic material handling and an integrated CAD/CAM software environment stands out, significantly improving manufacturing accuracy, throughput speed, and digitally supported production processes.
