Stang Bádogos Ltd.

Stang Bádogos Ltd. has been carrying out tinsmith work and sheet metal roofing since it was founded in 2004 (before that, as a sole trader in 1999). Later they started to do flat roof insulation, contract manufacturing and assembled facade cladding. Over the years, they have won Roof of the Year awards for facade cladding and flat roof insulation, several niche and category awards for sheet metal cladding, and the 2017 World Championship title.

In 2021, the company moved to its new site in Bóly, where a thin sheet processing plant has been set up, where they are involved in edge bending up to 8,2 m, strip slitting, slabbing, profiled cladding and roofing. The aim is to achieve a similar level of success in thin-sheet machining. They provide a wide range of services and high quality custom sheet metal products to tinsmiths, hall builders, flat roof insulators, shade manufacturers and window and door manufacturers.

  • 25 mm shadow joint strip cladding ( steckfalz panel ); further machining: trimming of ends, boxing, this technology can also be used to produce slab cladding

Know-how and technologies:

  • profiling, slabbing, rolling, punching, punching, cutting

The thin sheet machining used by the company is very efficient and economical, as a large part of the raw materials is machined from strip sheet. Both slitting lines are capable of handling 6 sheet rolls at the same time, thus reducing the time needed for roll changes. Both slitting lines can simultaneously straighten, slit and slab, so you can have a straightened slab within minutes. From there, it’s just a matter of driving the products on NC and CNC bending machines and they are ready to be packaged.

They can machine strip sheet up to 2 mm thick. In 1 mm thickness they can edge bend up to 8,2 m length, in 1,5 mm thickness up to 6,4 m length, in 2 mm thickness up to 4 m length.

Even with its current technologies, the company already has a unique portfolio in Hungary in the field of thin sheet machining, which it expands with CNC punching technology.
