Loschán Ltd. is mainly engaged in metalworking; it manufactures metal structures, machine parts, steel structures and sheet metal parts in small and large series, both as finished products and components. The company’s specialists can produce almost anything made of metal. With their state-of-the-art machinery, they also undertake laser cutting, bending and machining of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium materials, from the smallest parts to the most complex multi-tonne structures. Thanks to more than 30 years of experience and continuous improvement, they are able to meet their customers’ requests with high quality and short deadlines. Their production already covers more than 5,000 m2 in 6 production halls: machine shop, rebar shop, steel structure production hall, machining shop, forging shop and injection moulding shop.
In recent years, the company has specialised in the production of concrete casting templates, among other things. They have been commissioned to cast prefabricated retaining wall elements and motorway dividers, and have also produced casting templates for stadium stands. The Loschán Ltd. specialists have also cast steel half-roof structures, complete hall structures, metal storage frames and terrace support structures. Thanks to the selected suppliers in their supply chain, all the raw materials used are certified and have quality certificates, so that their products can meet any technical and quality specifications and standards. The same high quality is applied not only to the raw materials used but also to each stage of the production process. Welding tasks, for example, are carried out by highly experienced staff in AWI and CO procedures, with a specific procedure for quality control and a dedicated welding engineer to check the results.
