Ferrokov Iron and Metal processing Ltd. was established as an industrial venture nearly 30 years ago in 1991. The primary operation was hot-dip zinc planting of steel structures as a contract work at time of foundation of the company. The company has seena dynamic development over the past period if time, with major development projects. The group of companies include four companies: Ferrokov ltd., Eko-Tur Ltd., Villacél Ltd. and Szendrő-Galva Ltd.
The primary operation of the company is hot-zip zinc planting carried out by immersion and centrifugal processes in two different sized steel pits and a ceramic pit. Ferrokov ltd. also deals with the manufacture of steel structures. In addition, our company provides powder coating, solved-based painting and electro planting. Our group of companies has become a major productipn facility int he region by now.
Products, Services:
- Hot-dip zinc planting: This modern and up-to-date process to permanently protect steel againist corrosion is gainging popularity these Our zinc plating capacity is 8,000 tonnes/year.
- Production of hot-dip zinc plated connecting elements: We produce the following types of connecting elements to material grade 5.6-8 8.8-10.9: hex bolts and nuts (m8-M36), straight and bent rod bolts (from M8 up), stud bolts, and flat, spring and square
- Electropanting: We deposit the coating onto the surface of steel part from a solution containing the ions of the coating metal using an extrernal power
- Painting with traditional process: An IP-SB-43 model, air-thight painting and drying booth available to complete solvent-based painting
