The services of Alap Inspektor Ltd. are available throughout Hungary and in the surrounding countries. Their colleagues have several decades of experience mainly in the automotive industry, ranging from production engineer to factory manager positions. They have in-depth knowledge of plastic injection moulding, metalworking, assembly and other basic manufacturing processes.

Know-how and technologies:

Accredited 3D measurement technology first in Hungary. Our dimensional metrology laboratory, the NAH accredited calibration laboratory NAH-2-0334/2022, is the first in the field of 3D measurement in Hungary:

  • Manually controlled Triple Scan surface scanner: suitable for digitizing tools on site. In laboratory conditions, it can digitize from the head of a pin up to the size of a car seat and perform the evaluation according to the drawing with the help of engineers in a notarized format.
  • ScanBOX robotic surface scanner: ideal for serial measurements, machine and process capability studies.
  • ZEISS Contura coordinate measuring machine: a complementary device to optical scanners, mainly used for parts that do not need to be prepared for measurement by “blowing”.
  • GOM ATOS Triple Scan: suitable for digitizing parts ranging in size from pin heads to passenger cars. It has the advantage of high point density, which allows it to measure anywhere on the surface. Eternal STL storage – the scanned point cloud is available retrospectively.
  • GOM ATOS ScanBOX: excellent for serial measurements in multi-nest production. Scan up to 30-40 parts per nest. Most used for machine capability, process capability studies.
  • GOM Tritop: for photogrammetric measurements, capable of scanning up to 15 m of point mesh. It records the exact coordinates of the points placed on the object to be measured. It can be used to extend the measuring range of optical scanners. It is compact and can be easily deployed for on-site measurements.
  • Zeiss Contura CMM: offers the highest measurement accuracy available with outstanding reliability. It is capable of high accuracy point-to-point measurements, requiring no surface preparation (non-destructive). The measured characteristics can be displayed graphically, resulting in an informative report. It is also suitable for large batch measurements.
  • Werth CT (225 kV): rpovides a 3-dimensional image (STL) of hidden, concealed, narrow internal surfaces, which can be scanned into CAD systems for measurement. Excellent for fault analysis-detection, lunker (air bubble) detection, leakage test.
