Két Salamon Lp. in Nagykanizsa offers a wide range of metalworking services, including 3D CNC plasma cutting, laser cutting, welding, laser welding, robot welding, plate rolling, CNC edge bending and plate cutting, and solvent painting. The company specialises in the manufacture of steel and acid-resistant tanks suitable for installation in drinking water networks. They are OTH-approved coated and can be used either as filters or as storage tanks. They also manufacture other pressure vessels and are EN ISO 3834-2, 2014/68/EU PED certified. They also manufacture traditional locksmith products and weld and cut steel structures. They are in the process of expanding their workshop to include a state-of-the-art painting and grit blasting chamber.
The company is working with modern equipment, including a Hypertherm 300 3D CNC plasma cutter capable of accurately cutting plates from 2 to 50 mm thick, up to 2500×6000 mm. At the end of 2023, a 6 kW flatbed laser cutting machine with a 1500×300 mm table was purchased. Welding work is carried out on state-of-the-art CO and AWI welding machines and, most recently, with laser welding processes and a 7-axis Daihen-Varstroj robot. Plate rolling is carried out up to 3000 mm diameter, 2500 mm shell height and 10 mm thickness. CNC edge bending is possible on a 220-tonne 6-axis edge bending machine up to 3100 mm in length, while plate cutting is available up to 3100 mm in width for materials from 0.5 to 6 mm thick. Two Salamon Ltd. has a long-standing relationship with DDGK members Hidrofilt Ltd. and Ferrokov Ltd. Hidrofilt Ltd. is one of their main partners, producing for them frame structures, pipelines and tanks for water treatment plants from corrosion-resistant and carbon steel materials.
